Since 2019, aroma:id has collaborated with trinamiX to develop the design of the mobile NIR spectrometer PAL One. The focus was on ergonomics, functionality, and a clear design language that ensures optimal handling in various use scenarios. The main challenge was to combine robustness with a compact form. aroma:id created a clean, geometric design with an intuitive user interface and integrated functional details, such as the interchangeable measurement head and the protected white reference on the bottom of the device.
